Meashell Jewelry is an online store offering handcrafted fine jewelry made with 14K and 18K gold and natural gemstones. All jewelry pieces are handmade and may feature slight variations in color, texture, or size due to the nature of materials and craftsmanship.

Due to variations in lighting, screen display, and the unique nature of gemstones, colors and details may appear slightly different in person. Review the details of products prior to purchase. All products should be used strictly in accordance with its instructions, precautions and guidelines.

 

UNAUTHORIZED OR UNLAWFUL REPRODUCTION, RESALE, MODIFICATION, OR TRADE OF PRODUCTS FROM MEASHELL JEWELRY IS PROHIBITED.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

 

All prices listed on www.meashell.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges (which will be added to your order total). Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the payment information you provide is true and accurate. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping charges. Payments are securely processed via Wix Payments and other approved third-party providers. Meashell Jewelry does not store or have access to full credit card information. 


 

5. Orders & Availability

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by Meashell Jewelry and product availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, or if we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping method, and customs clearance. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Meashell Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier. 

If in the future, Meashell Jewelry ships products to other countries, products that are shipped to countries other than the United States may be subject to import taxes and custom fees levied by the destination country. You are responsible for determining if the product can lawfully be shipped to the destination country. Any taxes, fees or separate charges shall be borne by the end recipient. 

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the defect before authorizing a return. Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Repairs due to normal wear and tear may incur a fee depending on the nature of the work.

All designs, images, content, and branding featured on www.meashell.com are the exclusive property of Meashell Jewelry, or are licensed to us, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
