SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the United States, with delivery times based on your selected method: Standard (2-5 business days, free), 2nd Day Air ($25), or Next Day Air ($45). All orders require a signature upon delivery. Because each bracelet is handcrafted, beaded styles may take up to 3 weeks to assemble, and custom designs require 4-6 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking, plus optional SMS updates if you provide a phone number at checkout. International shipping isn't available yet, but it's coming soon.
If your package appears lost or stolen, note that carriers may mark packages "delivered" up to 24 hours early. If it hasn't arrived, please: check with neighbors or building management, confirm your shipping address, contact the carrier to file a claim, email support@meashell.com. Once an item is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Meashell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Need to update your shipping address? We can help as long as your order hasn't shipped. Email us right away with your order number.
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service issues may occur. While these are outside of our control, we monitor shipments closely and will assist however we can.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn bracelets in their original packaging. Custom, resized, and personalized pieces are final sale. All requests require a Return Authorization (RA) number so your piece is properly documented and cared for when it arrives at our San Francisco studio. Questions before purchasing? If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos. Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion; normal wear-and-tear repairs may include a fee.
Gifting made easy: unworn gifted items can be exchanged for store credit with a gift receipt.
